Blips, Bloopers and Glitches Oh My!

If you’ve read our forms, you know we’ve not-so-secretly replaced the traditional coverage trigger language of “wrongful act” with Blips, Bloopers and Glitches in our internet, media and tech forms (respectively).  This might raise questions but the reasoning is simple.  We design our forms to appeal to the insured.  While wrongful act is the stuff of older insurance industry contracts, it’s a significantly less familiar term for our internet, tech and media friends.  So, we selected terms familiar to the applicants.  Of course the name is never as important as the definition behind it.
