K-Fed: Blinded with Copyright Infringement?

Euclid doesn’t have a strong appetite for music publishing risks because of the copyright infringement exposures.  It can definitely be a high hazard class.  If the allegations are true, Britney’s husband could be learning just how hazardous.  Allegedly K-Fed helped himself to a bit of Thomas Dolby’s, “She Blinded Me With Science” and placed it in his very own tune, available for downloading from his MySpace site.  Dolby wasn’t pleased, compared K-Fed to Vanilla Ice, and asked Federline to remove it from his site.  Which he did.  It doesn’t look like there’s a lawsuit pending, although some reports suggest the matter was turned over to the lawyers to finish resolving.
