Missing Copyright Coverage

Here’s a new one we recently heard about. Does your client’s copyright infringement coverage exclude claims arising out of source code? May not be important for all types of clients but for a software/hardware designer, whoa. That’s what they do. If they don’t have copyright coverage for their source code, they just barely have any copyright coverage at all. Check to make sure your client’s liability policy doesn’t exclude it.
