We Can’t Help But Wonder: Was There Insurance for “History’s Worst Software Bugs”

Simson Garfinkel of Wired News has compiled a list of what one could argue are history’s top ten software bugs. Each one provides an example of the kinds of problems that a glitch can cause. They range from disintegrating rockets to patients who died because a graphic drawn on a computer screen was drawn in one direction instead of the other.
